Robert C. Russell is a licensed attorney able to provide United States Bankruptcy & Consumer related legal services throughout the State of Washington.  Based in Vancouver, WA, the Law Offices of Robert C. Russell P.C. strive to provide effective, efficient and quality legal services to individuals, families and business clients with a personal touch.

Having grown up in Vancouver, WA., Rob graduated in 1982 with cum laude honors from Columbia River High School.  In 1985 Rob graduated Linfield College, again with cum laude honors and was a member of Linfield’s National Championship winning Football Teams in 1982 and 1984.  Rob obtained his Juris Doctor from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark in Portland, OR., graduating in the top third of his class.

Rob was admitted to the Washington State Bar and the US District Court, Wester District of Washington in 198. Rob continues to be active in the Clark County’s Volunteer Lawyer Association Program, where in 2008 he was recognized as the CCBA Volunteer Attorney of the Year. Rob has received Martindale-Hubbell’s coveted AV Preeminent Services designation, based on the confidential reviews and opinions of his peers including Judges and Attorneys. The Designation states Robert C. Russell has attained “the highest rating possible for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability”. In 2011, Rob was admitted to the Oregon State Bar.

Robert Russell has practiced law in the areas of bankruptcy and consumer protection for 21 years.  In 2009 Rob recognized the growing housing crisis and formed the Northwest Loan Modification Center (NWLMC) practice area of his law office.  This practice area provides additional tools to homeowners to save their homes, specifically, the various federal and private programs to modify mortgages to bring them current.

Importantly, these services are provided by a law firm that is local, legal, trusted and affordable.  In 2010 Rob extended additional legal services and tools to homeowners and real estate brokers and formed the Northwest Short Sale Network (NWSSN) practice area of his law office.  This practice area provides legal services and advice to homeowners and real estate brokers on the available of federal and private short sale options, including those special programs that provide the homeowners with financial assistance.   

The Law Office of Robert C. Russell, P.C. provides the homeowner will a full range of tools to assistant in retaining a home or selling the home with the least detrimental effect on the homeowner..
